ORIINU™ Terms of Use

ORIINU is an AI-powered personal intelligence platform grounded in African Sacred Science™.

ORIINU is designed to help users explore questions involving clarity, alignment, consciousness, character, purpose, relationships, prosperity, leadership, spiritual development, decision-making, and human flourishing.

ORIINU combines curated knowledge, African Sacred Science frameworks, and artificial-intelligence technology to create an interactive experience for learning, reflection, and personal development.

ORIINU is designed to help users think, reflect, explore possibilities, and make more informed decisions.

It does not make decisions for users.

Artificial-intelligence systems can sometimes produce information that is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a user's particular circumstances.

You remain responsible for evaluating ORIINU's responses and for the choices and decisions you make.

ORIINU provides educational, informational, reflective, cultural, philosophical, and spiritual content.

It is not a substitute for individualized medical, mental-health, legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

For decisions carrying significant professional, financial, legal, medical, psychological, or safety consequences, users should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Users must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared for the purpose of circumventing ORIINU subscription requirements, usage restrictions, or security controls.

ORIINU offers subscription experiences that currently include:

• INNER CIRCLE

Subscriptions may be offered monthly or annually.

Features, AI models, usage allowances, benefits, and pricing may differ between plans and may evolve as ORIINU develops.

The applicable price and subscription period will be displayed before purchase.

ORIINU subscription payments are processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stripe and African Sacred Science Inc., as applicable, to process charges associated with your selected subscription.

ORIINU does not directly store your complete payment-card information.

CORE and INNER CIRCLE subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis, according to the subscription selected, until cancelled.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable subscription price unless you cancel before the next renewal.

Any material pricing changes applicable to an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

You may cancel an eligible ORIINU subscription through the subscription-management options made available through ORIINU or the Stripe Customer Portal.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewal.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, and access to the applicable paid subscription ordinarily continues through that period.

Cancelling a paid subscription does not, by itself, close the user's ORIINU account.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after they have been processed, except where required by applicable law or where African Sacred Science Inc. determines that a refund is appropriate because of a duplicate charge, billing error, significant technical problem, or other exceptional circumstance.

Cancelling a subscription does not ordinarily generate a refund for the billing period already purchased.

ORIINU may be used for lawful personal, educational, reflective, professional, and other authorized purposes.

Users may not use ORIINU to engage in unlawful activity; compromise or attempt to compromise platform security; obtain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, or systems; introduce malicious software; fraudulently impersonate another person; circumvent usage or subscription restrictions; interfere with normal platform operation; or otherwise misuse the service.

African Sacred Science™, ORIINU™, The Doctrine of Divine Alignment™, associated names, branding, proprietary frameworks, original educational materials, curated knowledge structures, software, designs, publications, and other original content are valuable intellectual property owned by or licensed to African Sacred Science Inc., except where otherwise indicated.

Access to ORIINU does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to the user.

ORIINU users may use responses they receive for reasonable personal, educational, reflective, and internal purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

Users remain responsible for how they use, interpret, communicate, or rely upon AI-generated information.

Without prior written authorization from African Sacred Science Inc., users may not systematically scrape, harvest, download, extract, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit substantial portions of ORIINU's proprietary materials.

Users may not attempt to discover, reconstruct, extract, or replicate ORIINU's system prompts, proprietary knowledge architecture, protected datasets, internal instructions, or proprietary frameworks.

ORIINU content may not be systematically used to create, train, populate, or materially develop a competing artificial-intelligence system, knowledge platform, database, or commercial product without written authorization.

These restrictions do not create ownership rights over independently existing public-domain materials, third-party intellectual property, historical knowledge, or cultural traditions merely because those materials are discussed by ORIINU.

Users retain the rights they otherwise possess in original material they submit to ORIINU.

By submitting prompts or other content, users authorize ORIINU and its technology providers to process that information as reasonably necessary to operate the service, generate responses, maintain conversation history, provide security, and perform functions described in the Privacy Policy.

ORIINU uses artificial intelligence to generate responses.

AI-generated responses are probabilistic and may vary. ORIINU does not warrant that every response will be accurate, complete, current, culturally applicable, or appropriate to every user's circumstances.

Users should independently evaluate information when accuracy is important.

African Sacred Science recognizes that Africa is not one culture or one tradition.

The continent encompasses many peoples, languages, civilizations, philosophical systems, spiritual traditions, ethical frameworks, and indigenous knowledge traditions.

ORIINU may engage with documented knowledge, living traditions, historical sources, scholarship, oral traditions, areas of debate, and contemporary interpretations.

An ORIINU response should not be interpreted as claiming to represent every African community, tradition, scholar, elder, or practitioner.

ORIINU is an evolving technology platform.

We may introduce, modify, replace, improve, or discontinue particular features, AI models, interfaces, usage allowances, or subscription offerings.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

African Sacred Science Inc. may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, nonpayment, unlawful activity, abuse of the service, threats to platform security, or conduct that materially interferes with ORIINU's operation.

ORIINU provides tools for knowledge, learning, reflection, clarity, and alignment.

Individual experiences and outcomes will differ.

African Sacred Science Inc. does not guarantee particular spiritual, personal, financial, professional, business, educational, health, relationship, or other outcomes from using ORIINU.

ORIINU relies upon third-party technologies and infrastructure to provide aspects of the service.

Those providers may experience interruptions, changes, or other events outside our direct control.

Where appropriate, third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ORIINU and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, absolute accuracy, or suitability for every particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, African Sacred Science Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from or relating to use of ORIINU.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as ORIINU and its services evolve.

Where required, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes.

The current version and effective date will be displayed on this page.
